If you haven’t already completed your plans and surveys with an architect or draftsman, we’ll put you in touch with some of our trusted local contacts who are experienced in drawing up plans that suit the Northern Beaches coastal climate and lifestyle.

As soon as we have a set of plans that best fit your vision, we can give you a clear idea of the price of your project.

We’ll talk you through all the places where it makes good sense to invest more to achieve the look you want, as well as the areas where you can make savings. Only when you’re happy will we proceed to signing contracts.
